How we handle your information.

BILDER Group is a boutique, investor-owned property management firm based in Greater Boston. This page describes how the public bilder-group.com website handles information you share with us. It does not describe internal owner or resident systems used after you become a client — those are governed by separate agreements.

Responsibility is shared. BILDER Group decides what information is collected and how it is used. The hosting platform provides infrastructure, encryption in transit, and standard operational controls. You control what you choose to send us.

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the message you write. We also receive a confirmation that the message was delivered to our inbox.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider may process standard technical request data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We use your contact information only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about property management services. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to run this website and deliver email:

• Hosting & backend — used to serve the site and store contact submissions securely.
• Email delivery — used to send and receive inquiry email from notify.bilder-group.com.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

The site is served over HTTPS, with TLS encryption in transit. Contact submissions are stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security policies; only authorized backend processes can read them. Server-side functions that touch sensitive data run with a fixed search path and least-privilege execution grants.

These are the controls we currently have enabled. They are not a certification, audit attestation, or guarantee against every possible threat.

We retain inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details below.

To request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, email the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
